باستخدامك تطبيق محفظة العقارات ("التطبيق") فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
الخدمة: يوفّر التطبيق أدوات لإدارة الأصول العقارية وتسجيل الحركات المالية وحساب توزيع الأرباح. التطبيق أداة مساعدة وليس بديلاً عن المحاسب أو المستشار المالي أو القانوني.
الحساب: أنت مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن كل النشاط على حسابك.
دقة البيانات: أنت المسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها؛ تعتمد الحسابات على مدخلاتك.
إخلاء المسؤولية: يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسائر مالية ناتجة عن قرارات اتُّخذت بناءً على مخرجات التطبيق.
حدود المسؤولية: إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة.
الاستخدام المقبول: يُمنع إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة الوصول لبيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
الإنهاء: يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت؛ ويجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.
التعديلات: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنُشعِر بالتغييرات الجوهرية.
By using Property Portfolio (the "App") you agree to these terms.
Service. The App provides tools to manage real-estate assets, record transactions, and compute partner profit distributions. It is a utility, not a substitute for an accountant or financial/legal advisor.
Account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
Data accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter; calculations depend on your inputs.
Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for financial losses from decisions made using the App's outputs.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding twelve months.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the App or attempt to access other users' data.
Termination. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
