This policy explains how Property Portfolio (the "App"), operated by Alhassan ("we"), collects, uses, and protects your data.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email (and optional display name) to create and sign in to your account.
• Financial content you enter: assets, partners and ownership percentages, and transactions.
• Limited technical data: basic operational logs for security and reliability.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or tracking.

How we use data

Solely to provide the service: store your records, compute balances and distributions, and sync them securely across your devices.

Storage & security

Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with strict per-user isolation via Row-Level Security and automated backups. You can export a JSON backup you fully own.

Your rights

At any time you can access, export, edit, or delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account).

Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. On account deletion your data is permanently removed.

Children

The App is not directed to anyone under 18.
